Job Description
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices .
- Manage employee relations and address HR-related queries and concerns.
- Assist in performance appraisal, employee evaluation, and career development programs.
- Handle HR operations such as payroll, attendance, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies .
- Support training and development initiatives for employees.
- Maintain and update HR records, reports, and HRMIS systems .
- Collaborate with senior HR managers on strategic HR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
- Assist in conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling .
- Participate in HR audits and compliance checks.
