Full charge Assistant Pastry Chef or Supervisor
- Candidate should be Culinary trained or minimum 5 years practical field experience. Lead role, in creation and execution of all Bakery goods.

- co-creative control of seasonal bakery items
- quality control of all baked goods
- train, educate and motivate, existing and new staff to high standard of execution
Compensation Disclosure:
- includes a BASE rate of 18.50 to 21.50, (DOE) plus TIPS (SERVICE POOL)
- SERVICE POOL (TIPS), are shared by all service staff, prorated by experience, cross training, and position
