About the Role
As a Business Development Associate , you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new prospects, supporting client engagement efforts, and executing core business development strategies. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, lead generation, and client relations —all while learning directly from senior leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic growth initiatives
- Research, identify, and engage prospective clients and strategic partners
- Support client-facing activities, including presentations, demos, and follow-up communications
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and new opportunities
- Assist in developing sales proposals, pitch decks, and business development materials
- Contribute to lead generation campaigns and assist in client acquisition efforts
- Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and help improve development strategies
Qualifications
- Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, or client success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
