Bay Ridge Honda is actively seeking a Chinese-speaking Sales Consultant to join our growing team. We have a large base of Chinese-speaking customers and need someone who can connect with them and guide them through the car buying experience. You don’t need any prior automotive experience—just a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese.
- Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English.
- Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
- Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist Chinese-speaking customers in the showroom.
- Learn and present Honda new and pre-owned vehicles with confidence.
- Walk customers through the purchase process with honesty and care.
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, or WeChat to maintain relationships.
- Work with your manager to achieve monthly goals and grow your income.
