Corporate Paralegal / Legal Administrator
Location: New York City (Hybrid, 3–4 days in office per week)
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 plus comprehensive benefits

The Role
Our client is  seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Paralegal / Legal Administrator to support a broad range of corporate legal functions, including contract management, governance, compliance, and entity administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full contract lifecycle—from intake and routing to execution and tracking—for vendor, service, sponsorship, marketing, and venue agreements.

  • Maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and a central repository; track renewals and key obligations.

  • Support corporate governance by preparing meeting materials, resolutions, and organizational documents.

  • Handle entity management, including corporate records, formations, annual filings, and registrations.

  • Coordinate KYC/AML documentation, certificates, and other regulatory and insurance requests.

  • Assist with subpoenas, records requests, and litigation-related document collection and tracking.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, HR, IT, and operations teams on legal and compliance matters.

  • Support process improvements, document management, and administrative functions of the Legal Department.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred; equivalent experience considered.

  • 3–7 years of corporate paralegal or legal administrative experience, ideally in-house or at a law firm.

  • Experience in the Hospitality or Entertainment industry preferred 
  • Strong understanding of corporate law, governance, and contract administration.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CLM systems, e-signature, and e-billing tools.

  • High integrity and discretion in handling confidential matters.
