Internship Summary
This position offers an aspiring strength and conditioning professional a comprehensive hands-on learning experience under the direct mentorship of a certified Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. The intern will assist in the implementation of the D1 training philosophy across various demographics gaining essential real-world experience in coaching program adaptation and client retention.

Core Learning Objectives & Responsibilities
The intern will be dedicated to training and improving the lives of D1s members (Scholastic Adults and Teams) by actively learning and applying the following:
Category Key Learning/Activity Coaching & Technique * Learn and effectively teach proper form and technique to reduce athlete injury risk and maximize performance.
Program Implementation * Assist in coaching group workouts personal training and team sessions ensuring timely start/finish.
