We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry Typist to input, update, and maintain data in our systems accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to work independently from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and update data into company databases and spreadsheets.

  • Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

  • Organize and file electronic documents.

  • Communicate with team members to correct data discrepancies.

  • Meet daily or weekly data entry targets and deadlines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in data entry or administrative work (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy (40+ WPM recommended).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace.

  • Reliable computer, internet connection, and workspace.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
