Small boutique firm with emphasis on defending first responder claims seeks seasoned defense attorney on a part time 1099 basis. Ideal candidate will have experience with cross-examining AME/QMEs and handling Trials. This is a great opportunity for a retired or semi-retired attorney who wants to keep active in practicing law yet have time for pursuit of other activities. Position is remote but attorney will be required to appear as necessary at the WCAB (primarily VNO, MDR and some ANA and AHM).
