The Role – Food Runner
As a Food Runner, you are the link between the kitchen and dining room, ensuring dishes arrive with precision and grace. Responsibilities include:
Delivering food quickly, accurately, and gracefully
Supporting servers to maintain a seamless guest experience
Communicating with BOH/FOH to ensure timely service
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in service areas
Requirements
2+ years’ experience in fine dining, upscale casual, or Michelin/2-star restaurant
Strong multitasking ability and sense of urgency
Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
Able to lift 35 lbs and stay on your feet for long shifts
Polished, professional appearance
