**Job Title:** **General laborer**
**Location:** East Moline, IL
**Pay:** Starting at $16/hr
**Schedule:** 1st Shift (with occasional overtime)
**About the Role**
Join a fast-paced warehouse team managing container and racking systems for John Deere. This is a hands-on position with opportunities to grow in logistics and warehousing. **Flexibility is key-while this is a first-shift role, occasional overtime and schedule adjustments may be required to meet operational needs.**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Tote Washing:** Operate washing machines, sort, stage, and scan totes.
+ **Container Processing:** Remove tags, scan items, maintain workflow.
+ **Repairs:** Use hand drills and screwdrivers to repair large plastic containers.
**What We're Looking For**
+ **Experience:** 6+ months recent labor or forklift experience.
+ **Skills:** Pass forklift test, lift up to 50 lbs, stand for entire shift.
+ **Flexibility:** Ability to work occasional overtime and adapt to changing priorities.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
