Description of the Role:
Timbrook Ford of Oakland is seeking a General Sales Manager to join our team in Oakland, MD. This position plays a key role in leading and motivating the sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment. Finance and insurance background is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
