Job Description:

Must Haves:

3-5+ years of experience in healthcare project management
Experience in a healthcare payer environment is strongly preferred (healthcare provider background acceptable)
Proven track record of leading complex projects in clinical or healthcare operations
Expertise in project planning tools and managing integrated project plans
Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to track project KPIs, assess risks, and manage dependencies
High degree of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while delivering results
Comfortable using Excel, Teams, and other project collaboration tools
