Job Description
The Rack Clerk assists the Hotel Shift Manager by effectively managing the hotel inventory.
Duties :
- Maintain positive, constructive working relationships with coworkers and guests.
- Maintain strong communication with other departments to streamline hotel operations.
- Effectively manage and control the hotel inventory to ensure maximum utilization.
- Assist Hotel Shift Manager in executing shift reports.
- Maintain ticket bank and Ticket Sales window.
- Assist on the front line as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year front desk experience.
- Minimum one-year customer service experience.
- Minimum one-year experience in the operation of the AS/400 including the LMS and CMS programs.
