Job Description

Immigration Attorney | Miami-Based National Law Firm

A well-established national law firm with a strong presence in Miami is seeking an Immigration Attorney with 2–3 years of law firm experience in business and family-based immigration. This role is part of the firm’s Immigration, Nationality, and Consular Law practice, serving a diverse client base that includes individuals, investors, and corporate employers.

The ideal candidate will have experience representing both foreign nationals and U.S. employers in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions, investment visas, family-based petitions, consular processing, and naturalization matters before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and the Department of State (DOS). Experience advising employers on immigration and labor compliance is a plus.

Fluency in both Spanish and English, written and spoken, is preferred. Candidates should possess excellent drafting, communication, and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney who values mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful client interaction within a nationally recognized firm.

Qualifications

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school

  • Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar

  • 2–3 years of immigration experience within a law firm environment

Compensation and Benefits
The expected salary range for this position is $240,000 to $260,000 , based on experience and qualifications. The firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; disability and life insurance; adoption assistance; and dependent backup care.
