We’re seeking an Urban Health Internal Medicine/Primary Care Physician to join a community-based healthcare team serving diverse populations in New York City.

This is a meaningful opportunity for a physician who wants to address health disparities and improve outcomes for communities facing systemic barriers to care—including individuals with chronic conditions, infectious diseases, and complex social needs .

Ideal Background Includes:

• Licensed in New York with training in Internal or Primary Care
• BC/BE
• Experience working with diverse, multicultural patient populations
• Comfortable managing a range of chronic and acute conditions
• Bilingual (Spanish or French-Creole) a plus
• Strong interest in health equity and community impact
