Key Objectives
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support via live chat to enhance customer experience.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution.
- Maintain clear and professional communication that reflects Stello Foods’ values.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues effectively.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely and courteous manner.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and guidance related to Stello Foods’ offerings.
- Track and document customer interactions accurately using CRM tools.
- Identify and escalate urgent or complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies, promotions, and procedures.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback and insights.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Proven experience in live chat support or customer service, preferably in the Food & Beverages industry.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and live chat platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
