The Role:
What You'll Do:
- Develop control algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink, Stateflow, and TargetLink
- Design reusable and configurable control software to meet OEM specifications
- Work on cutting-edge systems like engine/powertrain components, eDrives, and machine controls
- Translate system-level requirements into detailed software specs and test strategies
- Collaborate in an Agile team and contribute to continuous improvement
Ideal Profile:
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Software, or Controls Engineering
- 6–8 years of experience in model-based development
- Proficient in C/C++, MATLAB/Simulink, and TargetLink
- Experience with Vector tools (CANalyzer, CANape, CANoe)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Experience:
- Working on electro-mechanical systems (e.g., clutches, axle lockers, disconnect units)
- Familiarity with DataDictionary, PTC, and embedded software testing (MIL/SIL)
