III. Qualifications

1. Age 22–45; no strict educational requirements, but a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills in Mongolian, English, and Chinese, with excellent comprehension and writing abilities in all three languages.
3. Professional work ethic and competence, good health, and integrity.
4. Thorough understanding of Mongolian laws, regulations, and public policies.
5. Prior translation experience in Mongolian government agencies, academic institutions, or the mining industry is highly desirable.

IV. Compensation & Benefits Payment will be based on the content and form of translation work, with per-task remuneration ranging from approximately $200–$500. 1. Draft, review, translate, and organize Mongolian-language documents and contracts, rendering them accurately into English or Chinese.
2. Assist the company in communicating with clients by providing necessary translation services.
3. Support the company in actively expanding its client base in Mongolia, establishing and maintaining long-term, stable cooperative relationships with clients.
