Pastry Chef – Atera

Atera is seeking a talented and passionate Pastry Sous Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dedicated professional with strong leadership skills, a collaborative spirit, and a deep love for the art of pastry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of pastry production and execution, and assist in menu design .

  • Collaborate closely with Executive Chef Ronny Emborg to develop and refine innovative, premium-quality desserts.

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire the pastry team, fostering skill development and creativity.

  • Ensure consistency, organization, and cleanliness in all pastry operations.

  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, presentation, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in a wide range of pastry techniques, including chocolate work, sugar work, and bread.

  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

  • Deep understanding of restaurant operations and a commitment to excellence.

  • Open availability and flexibility required.
