The
Production Assistant supports the Creative Team with planning, logistics, and on-set execution for photoshoots, video shoots, and other creative production needs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments, enjoys real-time problem solving, and doesn’t mind rolling up their sleeves to help bring high-quality visual content to life.
This position plays a critical behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth production days and beautifully executed creative assets across our brands.
Pre-Production Support - Assist with planning and organizing photo and video shoots
- Source, prepare, and organize props, set materials, and styling items
- Coordinate shoot logistics including schedules, location prep, and talent needs
- Maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment
- Help assemble shot lists, call sheets, and production documentation
On-Set Production Support - Support the creative team during shoots with set-up and breakdown of sets, lighting, and equipment (training provided)
- Keep sets tidy, organized, and photo-ready throughout the day
- Move, arrange, and assemble furniture and staging materials as needed
- Assist photographers, videographers, and stylists to keep shoots running smoothly
- Run production errands such as prop pickups and returns
Post-Production & General Support - Return props, equipment, and materials to proper storage after shoots
- Maintain organization of studio, storage areas, and production spaces
- Support the team with occasional administrative or creative preparation tasks
Requirements - Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in fast-moving environments
- Comfort with physical tasks, including lifting and moving furniture
- Positive, flexible attitude with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Strong communication skills and collaborative work style
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in production, photography, videography, or related creative field
- Basic understanding of set operations or studio workflow
- Interest in home décor, design, or visual storytelling
