JOB DESCRIPTION

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise the production shift while ensuring fiberglass products are manufactured according to schedule.
• Achieve production goals as specified by the Plant Manager.
• Motivate and coach employees to maximize performance in a professional manner.
• Ensure all safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements are followed.
• Maintain accurate employee attendance and production records.
• Conduct departmental meetings to communicate updates on policies, procedures, and goals.
• Ensure compliance with all NOV Company, HSE, and Quality policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Job Duties:

• Ability to work overtime and rotating shifts as required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform repetitive movements for up to 12 hours daily.
• Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull as needed.
• Travel up to 10% as required.

Education and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in all aspects of the manufacturing process preferred.
• Forklift license required.
• Dependability and consistent attendance with strong problem-solving and sound judgment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan and operate computer-controlled equipment.
• Understand and interpret complex manufacturing specifications.
• Adaptable and willing to be cross-trained in all job duties.
• Ability to learn and follow technical repair and assembly procedures.
• Thrive in a fast-paced production environment.
