Project Coordinator - Residential Solar (Legacy Sun Portfolio) Location: Remote (20 hours/week) Portfolio: Residential projects utilizing Legacy Sun (SunEdison) equipment in the New York City area Overview: RWE is seeking an entry-level Project Coordinator to support a portfolio of residential solar projects under the Legacy Sun program. The ideal candidate will have project experience within the PV/residential solar industry and familiarity with residential solar equipment. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day coordination activities, engaging with service providers, and ensuring timely resolution of project needs. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and respond to inquiries received through the distribution inbox, ensuring timely communication and follow-up. Coordinate with third-party service providers, including scheduling site visits, dispatching work, and tracking completion status. Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in alignment with project and internal requirements. Support overall project workflow, including tracking tasks, maintaining documentation, and ensuring deadlines are met. Provide general project coordination and administrative support across the residential portfolio. Qualifications: Experience in PV or residential solar project coordination preferred. Familiarity with residential solar equipment and basic technical components is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely. Effective communication skills and comfort working with external vendors and service providers.
