Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and inspire a dynamic team of 20+ employees
• Manage P&L , drive sales, and control costs effectively
• Ensure compliance with Dunkin’ standards & food safety
• Create a guest-first culture and resolve issues with care
• Execute marketing promotions & new product rollouts

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven restaurant/retail management experience (QSR preferred)
• Strong financial and leadership skills
• Ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
• High school diploma or equivalent; college a plus
