As a  Sales Representative , you’ll help individuals and families secure their futures by providing  life insurance solutions that meet their needs. You’ll guide clients through their options, educate them on policies, and help them make confident financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

• Reach out to potential clients to assess insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations.

Product Education

• Explain life insurance options clearly and simply, ensuring clients understand benefits and terms.
• Translate complex insurance concepts into practical, client-friendly information.

Sales & Growth

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage your pipeline efficiently and follow up on leads to maximize success.
• Demonstrate value and professionalism when closing sales.

• Strong Communication Skills:  Clear, confident, and personable with both written and verbal communication.
