ALTAH SENIOR HOMECARE is a trusted private home care agency providing compassionate, reliable in-home care for seniors in Massachusetts. We assist families with personal care, mobility support, companionship, post-rehab assistance, and daily living support.
We are looking for motivated candidates fluent in English to help grow our client base by connecting with hospitals, rehab centers, and families in need of private-pay home care.

Responsibilities
- Reach out to hospitals, rehab centers, and case managers to generate client referrals
- Contact families seeking in-home care
- Maintain organized lead and referral tracking
- Explain services, rates, and care options clearly
- Follow up with potential clients and referral sources

Qualifications
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making phone calls and in-person visits
- Motivated, professional, and reliable
Bonus:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or healthcare administration
- Bilingual (Spanish, or other languages common in MA communities)

Compensation
- Base pay: $20-$25/hour (flexible part-time hours)
- Commission / bonus: $100–$200per client successfully enrolled
- Opportunity for professional experience in healthcare sales.
