We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing core accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining the integrity of our financial records. You’ll collaborate across departments to support strategic decision-making and help drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Support external audits by providing documentation and analysis.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Other projects as assigned by the Controller.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting or ERP software is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in financial reporting.
