Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations & HR Support
• Advise managers at all levels on HR policies, procedures, compensation, training, and recruitment
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues, including performance, morale, development, and harassment concerns
• Counsel employees on career development and support succession planning efforts
• Support employees through organizational or procedural changes, providing guidance and communication to ensure smooth transitions

Payroll, Benefits & HR Systems
• Oversee payroll and benefits processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Lead implementation of Human Capital Management/HRIS systems for all modules, including reporting, troubleshooting, and end-to-end deployment
• Support change management efforts related to HRIS or procedural changes, including training materials, communication plans, and hands-on guidance

Organizational Development & Policy
• Assist managers in developing departmental structures and succession plans
• Identify training needs and recommend development programs
• Conduct salary surveys and recommend compensation rates for new and current employees
• Develop, recommend, and implement HR policies and procedures

Reporting & Administration
• Prepare, analyze, and deliver monthly HR and payroll reports
• Perform other duties as assigned

Must-Have Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 6+ years of HR experience with exposure to payroll, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, and change management
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, effective oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
