Business Relationship Representative

St. Petersburg, Florida (hybrid)
Investors Title Insurance Company is seeking a client-focused Business Relationship Representative in the St. Petersburg, FL area. The Business Relationship Representative will develop and retain a quality residential client base of real estate agents, brokers, lenders and others through acquiring new business and supporting existing customers. They will coordinate daily with Sales Management and Escrow staff to establish superior customer service and positive market share growth for high-quality business sources.
Position Highlights
Achieve Sales and Revenue Goals established by Management
Create, adapt, and deliver influential group and individual presentations to customer groups, target customers, agents, and others.
Update customer databases & document daily & weekly activities.
Analyze sales trends and market conditions to identify opportunities.
Develop relationships and maintain visibility in the market area by attending real estate industry functions and participating in community and real estate events.
Understand company’s products and services and accurately explain them to customers.
Qualifications
3 - 5 years of successful sales/business development experience in the residential title/real estate industry
Completion of a 4-year college degree or equivalent training and experience
Willing to travel 50% of the time with 10% overnight travel
Understands the market and competition with the ability to identify external threats and opportunities
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
