Our mission is to educate and support women and girls in rural Rajasthan, focusing on essential aspects like sanitary pad distribution, Women’s safety awareness, reproductive and menstrual health and maternal health during pregnancy. In the Udaipur district alone, we’ve distributed thousands of sanitary pads and awareness guides over the past four years, reaching women and girls who otherwise lack access to these vital resources. NGOs like ours play a critical role in improving health and hygiene among women, particularly in underserved areas. We conduct awareness drives and workshops to educate women about menstrual hygiene, dispelling myths and providing accurate information. This is crucial because, according to recent statistics, many women in Rajasthan still face challenges in accessing sanitary products and reliable information on menstrual health. This lack of access can lead to infections and other health issues, significantly impacting their well-being and daily lives. In addition to menstrual health, we focus on reproductive health and safety awareness. We provide information and resources on family planning, safe practices and the importance of regular health check-ups. During pregnancy, maternal health becomes a priority and we work to ensure that expecting mothers have the knowledge and nutritious food they need for a safe and healthy pregnancy.

We’ve seen firsthand how training in skills like sewing, upcycling, glass bottle art and entrepreneurship can transform lives. Over the past two years, we’ve reached 250 women and young girls in rural Udaipur, providing them with the tools and knowledge to not only secure employment but also lead eco-friendly, healthy lives.
