Be the change, together we can breathe easier!

Dhara Shringaar

Aakriti’s year-round campaign, Project Dhara Shringaar, is important from the perspective of the environment as well because native trees are planted. The campaign’s objective is to fight climate change through tree plantations. We concentrate on the forest, government schools, farmlands, tribal and protected areas around Udaipur, planting trees through seed bombs or saplings. This is by way of receiving donations or becoming involved in our tree planting mobilisations in Udaipur, which are those of the seed bombs and sapling trees.
Sustainable lifestyle is the only way to live a more joyful and inclusive life. Only by connecting nature with day-to-day life, we can live a coherent and disease-free life.
Help us reach our goal of planting 5000 trees by 2025! Donate to support our efforts, or join us in tree-planting drives. Together, we can create a lasting impact on our environment.

Programme Highlights

  • Planted over 1500 trees (including 3000 seed bombs) in Udaipur since 2023.
  • Supported the greening of 15 government schools.
  • Focused on reforestation efforts in tribal and protected areas.
  • Planting trees on farmlands for more sustainable farming.
  • Working towards establishing our nursery in a village.

Aakriti’s Impact

Aakriti’s Project Dhara Shringaar is not just about planting trees; it’s about creating a lasting impact. We are:
  • Combating climate change: Every tree planted helps reduce carbon footprint. Greening communities: We create a cleaner, healthier environment for all.
  • Supporting education: By planting trees in schools, we provide a more pleasant learning environment.
  • Empowering villages: Our nursery project will create local jobs and promote sustainability.
  • We try to plant mostly those trees that combat hunger and livelihood issues like fruit and flower trees etc.
