Saksham Siksha

With the objective of creating a digital education hub, Aakriti’s Saksham Siksha initiative involves digital, experience-based and market-based learning through computers, mobiles, projector screens and a curriculum of its own to equalise rural children with their urban counterparts, along with preparing them for a market-centric livelihood. Through this, we are instilling skills in them to add value to the world. This campaign is not just centred on digital education but also includes education on sustainable lifestyles to create a natural, healthier and less polluting lifestyle.
Under this campaign, in the last 5 months, 4 computers have been installed in our village and children of all age groups benefit from such facility. Their understanding of various topics has improved and more and more children are taking an interest in learning which resulted in good grades.
We are looking for a base for setting up a digital ecosystem, projectors and computers to cover at least 100 children till the year-end (2024) under this initiative for a more educated and uplifted community.
Help us reach our goal for this year and a target to include 500 tribal children in the year 2025 including government school students as well.
