Winter mustn’t be a dreadful time. Aakriti Newage Foundation’s project Warmth is a year-long effort to make sure that our community residents who are lacking the basic necessities such as warm clothes, sweaters, blankets etc. can get them during such time of the year.
This project comes under the Distribution drive of the Aakriti Newage Foundation where all kinds of donations are accepted. For the past 5 years, Aakriti has been distributing these in government schools and tribal, rural and poverty-ridden areas in Udaipur.
Hypothermia is a leading cause of death during extreme winters, especially for children and the elderly. Some recent studies found that over 20% of the population in rural India lacks access to adequate winter clothing.
Donate today to help us distribute sweaters, blankets and other essential winter wear among underprivileged groups in Udaipur and parts of South Rajasthan. Every donation counts!
Aakriti Newage Foundation supports underprivileged families, children in government schools, and people residing in tribal and rural areas.
You can donate gently used sweaters, blankets, warm jackets, trousers, and scarves in good condition. We accept both new and gently used clothes in good condition.
